Mary Jane Lyons ~1837-1870; Alexander Lyons born - went to Australia; an unknown daughter; Ellen Lyons ~1847-1870 - the 3rd daughter ;Henry Lyons born- went to America; John Lyons born- went to America; Maggie Lyons ~1851?- 1933.. 1882. William Lyons wrote a Will: https://apps.proni.gov.uk/WillsCalendar_IE/WillsSearchImage.aspx?id=188632. His wife, Jane Lyons, and Mr William Teele{ likely born~ 1837 & his son in law } of Enniskillen were the executors. He leaves money to his daughter Maggie Teele of Sligo. Names of other children: James, William Thomas, Alexander, Henry , John, BUT... no mention of Richard!! : my feeling is that he had already given Richard his share of the inheritance when he set up in Sligo around 1872 .

But- from Tim Rainsbury in emails 2/3/2020- at time of his death, William had 3 children: James, Richard & Maggie- have asked him to expand on this !

1863. Daughter Mary Jane Lyons married William Teele, draper, in 1863 in Currin/Cootehill, Monaghan. Her father William Lyons of Newbliss, merchant: his Christopher Teele of Dublin, merchant

1871. Mary Jane Teele died 19/4/1870 at Town Hall Street, Enniskillen

A William Teele, 78, farmer, dies 1915 Enniskillen, so born ~1837: this likely her husband .

4. Unknown daughter - almost certainly dead by 1877, likely died in infancy

5 . Ellen Lyons ~1847-1870

Was living in Sligo by 1870- in a Lyons-Teele partnership, a fledgling business - alongside that of Henry

1876. His daughter, Maggie Lyons, married James Teele, merchant, abode Sligo, on 24/4/1876 in Dublin. His father Christopher Teele, farmer; hers William Lyons, merchant. Witnesses were Elizabeth Lyons- Lizzie, her sister? - & William Teele - his brother?, & , if so, her bro in law

The daughter, Maggie Teele, mentioned in William's Will, is shown below in 2 censuses.

Maggie & James had at least five children born in Sligo: William, Elizabeth Florence (Lily), Jane, Ellina and James Rowland (died of diphtheria aged 8).

1901C. Margret Teele, b. Monaghan , was living High Street Sligo. James Teele was a Merchant in 1877 when William E Teele was born- Irish ie site . Their daughter, Eliza, 22, was the housekeeper in Belfast with Margret's brother, James Lyons 1859.

1911C. Margret Teele,59, b. Monaghan, was living William Street, Sligo with James Teele 63, retired draper, b. Fermanagh, & Elizabeth Florence Teele, 32, b. Sligo

" Elizabeth Florence Teele, who helped Uncle James out in Belfast as a housekeeper and then moved back to Sligo to live with her parents after James married, seems to be “Aunt Lily”".- 2018 correspondence between Tim & Richard Lyons

 William Thomas took over the farm at Drumbara on his father's death 15/2/1887. He  continued the merchant role: was 
noted as an Undertaker in an ad on 10.12.1887 for Oak Coffins
