Dunhill Baptismal records start in 1829; Matrimony records in 1836
but 30/10/1841 a Nicholas Fitzgerald was baptised in Dunhill to Martin Fitzgerald & Eliza Brenan, Mary Fitzgerald a sponsor- Dunhill ~ 10k W of Tramore . Other children born to this couple, Eliza in fact seemingly Alice, were: Anastasia 1831: Mary 1835; Brigid 1838; Joanna 1839 and John 1844,
. Martin, Alice, Mary, John & Johanna were some of the names Nicholas gave to his children
I feel this may well be he- Dunhill was the burial place for his grandson Martin 1870-1954 - and Nick never knew why. If we could obtain the burial records for Dunhill and confirm that Nicholas was buried there in 1923, and Martin in 1954, this would be conclusive proof for me!

His daughter Bridie Nov. 28th 1908 age 16. His son Martin C. died Apr. 31st 1913 age 17. His daughter Mary died Mar. 7th 1915 age 17 years. His wife Kate died Apr. 28th 1936 age 63 years. Her husband Martin Fitzgerald died 27 May 1954 age 84 years. Their children Ena died 16 Dec. 1962 aged 55 Alf died 15 June 1968 aged 64. Kitty died 26th June 1978 aged 74. May they rest in peace.
