Henrietta Latta 1829-1893

Henrietta Latta was born to parents William Latta, shipbuilder, & Ann Watson - this from her 1893dc. Could these names possibly be incorrect?? Both her parents seem to have died by 1841C as she is living with a James Latta & his wife, Elizabeth McFarlane , who only married 9/7/1836, so are certainly NOT her parents. I have convinced myself that William Latta actually died in 1837, leaving a Will,/ Testament of 1839 in which he names the said James Latta as his next of kin. The relationship between Henrietta's father, confirmed as William on her m.c., & her 1841C guardian is explained here. Briefly, James Latta is the nephew of William Latta, her father.
But I have been unable to find her baptism on FS, nor on SP, nor on the Latta website: www.lattafamilyorigins.org. - have searched on numerous combinations for mis-spellings!.
1841C.Henrietta Latta, 11, is living High Street, North Side, Dumbarton with a James Latta 30 & Elizabeth Latta 30, all b. Dunbartonshire
1851C. Henreitta Latta, 21, is living Hartfield Dumbarton as House Servant, b. Dunbartonshire
1853. Henrietta Latta married Thomas McCunn Muir 3/1/1853, in Cardross. Banns were also read at Rothesay , late December, on SP. Maybe he was working in Rothesay, Bute at this time? Her father is named as William Latta on this - this on FS . As Henrietta's parents had married in Cardross in 1805, I assume Cardross , and not Rothesey, was where she was living at the time of the marriage, and thus that Thomas McCunn Muir had a connection with Rothesey.
