1847. On FMP Staffordshire Marriage transcription, on 1/3/1847 Ann Cobden, father William Cobden, labourer, married Henry Gething potter, also father William, potter, in Newcastle under Lyme, Staffs. BUT this not on Bmd nor Ancestry marriages!. Interesting thing with this certificate is Henry Gotham has been crossed out to read Gething!!. Witnesses seem to be a Willamina Cobden & Charles Willshace?? She is given as age 26, spinster, of Newcastle under Lyme, he as full age, of Cumberland Street . Willamina, then aged 10, is living wih widowed father William in 1841C

1861C . Ann Gotham , 43, potter burnisher, is . living Park Hill, Penkhull, Stoke, with her husband, and the 4 children she has had since the 1847 marriage

1865. Ann Gotham dies Stoke T Jun 1865. Seemingly no burial on FMP
