Sheila Styler married Greg Firth & had children Audrey 1933 & Arthur Gregory 1934 .Arthur worked for Rover and Jean's father always got his cars from him at very good discounts!

Connie Styler married Charlie Glass.

"Billy'' Styler was in the RAF and was killed 10/1943 WW2- he was Gordon H Styler. Buried Hanover War Cemetery

Arthur Gregory Firth worked for Prestcold first called Pressed Steel which was connected to British Leyland hence Jean’s recollection of Uncle Ted getting his cars through Dad.

He was at his Grandparents home when the telegram came saying Uncle Billy was dead in 1943 . Grandpa Styler (Herbert) never accepted the news and kept Uncle Billy in his will.

1948. Herbert M Styler died, aged 76, on 23/11/1948, at 180 Hamilton Road, Longsight , Manchester. He left £14518 , executors being his widow Evelyn Gertrude Styler, Sheila Winifred Firth & Archie Ginsberg, solicitors clerk. Sheila was his eldest daughter.

Jean has obtained his will, written on 20/1/1944, in which he leaves his gold watch & chain to his son Gordon Herbert Styler [who is reported missing & believed to have lost his life on active service with the RAF]. After bequeathing £1000 & his personal effects to his widow and £100 to his clerk Archie Ginsberg, he directs the 3 trustees to divide the Residuary Trust fund, the income thereof to be paid to his widow, into 12 parts: 3 to his dead son , 2 each to married daughters Sheila Firth, Constance Glass & Marjorie Iball, and 3 to then - she did marry in 1945, well before his death - unmarried daughter Audrey- the income from this residuary Trust Fund to go to each of his children.

1971 . His widow, Evelyn Styler died, seemingly living at 20 Lindsay Avenue, Levenshulme

Daughter Sheila married Edmund Firth in 1931 Manchester and they had Audrey S Firth 1933 and Arthur G Firth 1934. Arthur had children Richard ,Andrew & Margaret -who married John Payne: they have a Family tree on Ancestry - email contact. Sheila Firth lived to age 98, dying 23/12/2007..

Evelyn Styler ( known as Nanny Styler to us all ) lived next door to Grandma and Grandad Firth ( Sheila and Greg) they lived at 22 Lindsay Ave, Levenshulme. Nanny Styler lived at number 20 until she died.- info from Margaret Firth/Payne
