Have not found her in 1871C, so did she die 1861-1871?.

But, her 2 children, Helen Mason 50 & James Mason 40, are at 116 Baird Street Parkhead in the 1871C, so I am pretty sure she must have died 1861-1871

Finally found her.

1863. Helen Mason, 70, widow of Matthew Mason handloom weaver, dies 2/2/1863 at 114 Westmuir Street, Glasgow of Bronchitis. Informant Helen Mason, daughter.. Parents were James Mitchell, plasterer, journeyman, & Helen Kennedy. Unfortunately this dc is not nearly so informative as that of her husband just 8 years earlier!!, so we will never know where in Ireland she came from.
