This information from William's 1897 dc-then I found the baptism on FS, missing the final K, as the 6/12/1809, Amelia given as Emilia on this. Born 20/11/1809 in Brownmuir, Kinclaven - from chart given to Graham. Map at end of page
1837/8. .William McKendrick, vintner, is in the Perth PO Directory at 80 South Street. Could this be a different William McKendrick?
1840 William MacKendrick carpenter marries Ann Brown 20/6/1840 in West Church Parish, Perth. FS. This marriage from SP gives her father as William Brown, sawyer in Perth

1841C. William McKendrick, 30, ships carpenter j., is living North Side, Cross Street, Perth, with his wife. Very odd his change of profession - could there possibly be another William who was the vintner??. Do not think so as 1851C is him and he is Vintner then
