Born in Little Marlow ~1782, from censuses. Seemingly no baptism on IGI/FS But his father was a Thomas- see his 1846 m.c. .
There is a Thomas Medwin living in Cookham Berks in the 1784 Electoral Register for Little Marlow - this could be his father, but more likely the Thomas below who married in 1752 and likely died in 1788.
But, on Ancestry, another Thomas Medwin was baptised 1780 in Cookham to Aron Medwin & Jane - Cookham only ~1 m from Little Marlow.

1810. Thomas Pierce Medwin of Greenford married Elizabeth Rea in St Michaels Gloucester in Jan 1810., Pallotts marriage Index on Ancestry. Cannot get any further back on Elizabeth Rea . From her death, she was born ~ 1784
They likely had James Medwin 1810-1881, Thomas Rea Medwin 1811-1885 & Arthur Sherry Medwin 1812-1901, these from Ancestry trees, as well as the 2 below. Thomas Rea Medwin went to Worcester College Oxford and became a cleryman, admitted into the priesthood in Gloucester in 1836, and Head Master of Stratford Grammar School by 1843. 1815. Elizabeth Susannah Medwin was baptised 27/8/1815 to Thomas Peirce Medwin & Elizabeth in Hartlebury Worcestershire. She had a brother Henry Medwin baptised there in 1814 -IGI.
Several references found to Thomas Medwin of Greenford- now convinced this was he. Must have been born Little Marlow and then started living & working in Greenford up to ~1813, whereupon he moved to Worcester .
1817. An Elizabeth Medwin, b. 1784 was buried Worcester in 1817- Ancestry: this quite probably his wife
