1803. Alexander McKinlay, tidewaiter in Rothesay, married Mary Mclea in Rothesay on 10/5/1803. Her father was John McLea , tenant in Wester Kames Borker. His father was almost certainly Alexander McKinlay, customs officer, who died 8/8/1808
