Surgeons England 1898, etc. Living 5 Golden Sq., Aberdeen in 1900, 1901,1903, 1905, 1910, - Ancestry .. Mysteriously, a Walter Crombie, aged 42, visitor,widower, own means, born Old Machar Aberdeen in 1911C in Army & Navy Mansions, St Margaret & St John, London . Could he have been married between 1901 and 1910 and his wife died?; doubt it, no marriages found on SP & then decided to make a new life in S.A ?? And died there September 1918 - 2 obituaries on FMP Newspapers: claimed he went to S A ~1908 and practised in Johannesburg, then Cape Town, then Durban: he was a fine rower & tennis player
