Can find 6 baptisms for a Hannah France in Slaithwaite & Huddersfield, some 8 k at least from Holmfirth - FS
1794. Just discovered- 8/10/2019- that a Marmaduke Hinchcliff married an Ann Wilson in 1794 in Dewsbury!! - so maybe Hannah France is not an ancestor!!

Think maybe Marmaduke had been widowed around 1803

Puzzlingly there are the following baptisms to Marmaduke & Jane in Dewsbury: Mathew Whitworth Hincliffe 1822; Sarak Hinchcliff 1823; and, indeed, a Marmaduke Hinchcliff married Jane Whitworth in Dewsbury in 1821. But Hannah/Ann seemingly still alive!!
So, the above bankrupt, a drysalter, may not be Nigel's Marmaduke!!
