1802. Jane Wilkinson was baptised Padiham Burnley 19/9/1802 to William & Phebe. Actually born 8/8/1802. - FS. Likely Mary Wilkinson 1804 was a sibling, but doubt whether baptisms 1780-1799 to just William, were to a William & Phoebe union. -FS
A William Wilkinson, 62, weaver, abode Higham, was buried Padiham 1806 , but feel he rather too old to have been Jane's father- FS& LOPC
A William Wilkinson, 59, abode Higham, was buried Padiham 1826 ,he thus born 1767 could be a possible father

Cannot identify William Wikinson in 1841C- though there are 3 in Whallley: a William 70, master plumber; a William 65 crofter, and a William 62 stone mason, with a 'wife' Ellen . So, no way of knowing his occupation
