Flora Gillett was born Mile End Old Town Dec 1885, no mother given on FMP!

1886. Her mother, Maria Annie Gillet married Abraham Tilley in Mile End Registry Office on 23/7/1886: his wife, Emma, had died 28/3/1886. .Who has this m.c. Lynne??

1891C Her mother, Anny Tilley, 27, was living with her new husband, Abraham, 3 of his previous children and 2 shared children, Amelia 2 & Jacob 1. Where is she ? By the 1901C she is known as Flora Tilley, but I have been unable to find her under either name in this census Address: Coborn Road, Mile End Old Town, London & Middlesex,

So, seemingly, 8 children - Children of Henry J Brigden & Flora Gillett

1921C. Could not find Henry nor Florence under a name search. But then, using the Address search, at 58 Hardwicke Street, we have Henry J, Florence, Annie F & 5 others. (problems with their name indexing in FMP ??), Finally found Ernest R Bridget!, 1, with Henry J & Florence and 5 others!!- so either a transcription or an enumerator problem!!

1926 was living 112 Axe Street ( also a William Albert Tilley there) - Electoral registers FMP

 

 

1929. Florence Brigden,44, died 11/8/1929 Stoke T. Sep 1929. Florence died in hospital having their 9th child, the baby died too. (Ernie & Peggy were on a school trip?  so my notes say) I guess Jessie looked after Gwen, who was only 3
