Malta for 5 plus weeks 10th December 2022 - 16th january 2023
We drove from Moraira to Barcelona on the Saturday morning, arriving withoit too many problems at Finguer Parking after a fast journey of 4 plus hours. Took off around 4.30 and were in our flat in Hilltop by soon after 7.

Our first lunch out was at Terrones, again great food. it was great to walk around all Malta's wondrous buildings |

Welked for about 45 minutes to lunch at the Sixth Leaf: food was good but not much ambience .We stocked up with mince pies, christmas pudding & cake, plus mulled wine from M & S. |

| The weather for our 5 plus weeks was fantastic: we ate breakfast & lunch on the balcony nearly all the time, including Christmas lunch. Had lunch at Browns on the Valetta quayside one day: there was a huge cruise ship berthed there

Saw Cukku Chocolate Panto at the Manoel on Dec 28th Walked through Valetta and then had some mulled wine and pastry just before the show. The Boyzz enjoyed the free goodies! and we enjoyed the night lights of the city . |

Visited Phyllis' in Xemxija on 3 out of the 5 fridays , playing bridge with her, Janine, Eileen and a turkish lady, Evan |

We were invited to lunch with Louie & Liz on New Year's Day. Then went for a walk along the coast by the Salination Plant- a trip down memory lane from our days in St. Julian |

When my computer died we walked to Mosta to purchase another from Atom. Discovered the Cake Shop |
