Chris, Nan & Hazel in Herongate garden |
Chris & Hazel with the Salaman boys, Chalfont St Giles. Andrew, Jeremy & Stephen?? |
The dollshouse originally had roses painted on the outside low down - and was cream? It stood on 2 gold stools
My parents bought a 2nd hand Triang dollshouse and did it up down the cellar after we went to bed. Mum painted the roses on it & made curtains: Dad made furniture out of match boxes. .Received this for Christmas 1950 or 1951. And afterwards we would get more pieces of furniture/ teasets, etc, as presents . Hazel still has this: it is Triang's Stockbroker House
