I was a member of Newquay tennis club, originally up at the golf club, but later new courts and a clubhouse were built in Trenance Gardens. Beth Millbourne became a friend and later on looked after the hotel and our new house whilst we were away- for up to 3-4 months from the winter of 2004-2005 onwards
